Almond petits fours recipe
Ingredients
- 750
g chopped Almonds
- 375
g icing sugar
- 3
tea spoon of butter
- 1 ½
tea spoon of baking powder
- 5 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
Directions
1. Put the almonds in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Peel the almonds and then go through a grinder to obtain a
smooth paste.
3. Mix
all ingredients.
4. Garnish with almonds and bake at 350 F (180°C) for about 20
minutes.
