Fast way to prepare green tea
طريقة سريعة لإعداد شاي أخضر
المكونات (ingredients)
- 2 tablespoon of green tea ملعقتين كبيرتين من أوراق الشاي الأخضر
- 1 tablespoon of jasmine ملعقة كبيرة من زهور الياسمين
- Fresh or dried mint
نعناع طازج أو مجفف
- 7 teaspoon of sugar 7 ملاعق صغيرة سكر
- Hot water ماء ساخن
إرشادات (Directions)
1.
Put green tea leaves in a pot
توضع
أوراق الشاي الأخضر في إناء

Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves
يسكب
الماء المغلي على أوراق الشاي

Leave the mixture for a time until mixed
thoroughly
with water
يترك
الخليط مدة من الزمن حتى يختلط جيداً بالماء

Filter tea
extract in a
cup and put it aside
يصفى
مستخلص الشاي كأس و يوضع جانبا

Repeat the same process. the tea extract will be
filtered and will be disposed of

نفس العملية. يصفى مستخلص الشاي و يتم التخلص منه

Add the extract, which we got in the first phase
to the tea leaves. Add also hot water and a
little
of
mint
يضاف
المستخلص الذي تحصلنا عليه في المرحلة الأولى إلى
أوراق الشاي. أضف أيضا الماء الساخن و
قليلا من النعناع
7. Put
the tea on fire. Sweeten with sugar and
leave to boil for five minutes
ضع
الشاي على النار. يحلى بالسكر و يترك ليغلي لمدة خمس دقائق
8. Prepare
a small jug. Put in it the mint and jasmine
flowers

ابريق
صغير الحجم، يوضع فيه النعناع و زهور الياسمين
9. Filter
the tea in the jug
صفي
الشاي في الإبريق
10. Pour tea in a cup and return it to the jug several
times
يسكب
الشاي في كأس ويعاد إلى الإبريق عدة مرات

Serve
the tea into cups
